i started playing poker since 2 month n …….after some days wht shit happned that i m unable to open poker in my comp…..n when i asked help frm the zynga supporter….lets see it. Sorry we can’t give an exact timescale to fixing the issue…….. We fix it when we can be bothered. Due to it being a technical fualt this could be from many reasons so we cant return your chips to you……. Yes we dis connected you to… take your chips so we can sell them back to you, whats the point in taking them if we give them back?
I havent the tools needed to help you i will escalate to a higher level of support……… Im to lazy to be bothered to deal with you today so i just get you off my screen leave you waiting for couple days hopefully when you connect someone else can deal with you. Is there anything else apart from your last issue that you would like zynga to help you with?…… You know we not helped your last issue, what makes you think we help with anything else.
We like you to continue to enjoy your zynga experince…… Don’t leave us who else are we going to screw over if you go, besides we know you wont your addicted. And this must be our favourite zynga line: “Would you plz fill out this three question survey about your experince chatting with me……” We do our best to try and screw you over plz help boost our ego and let us know just how good a job we are really doing!

Zynga support has gotten terrible. I was in a Texas Hold em 2 mill buy in for a sit & go and lost connection the other night. I tried to return and was denied as the site was under maintenance.9PM Pacific 12-7-2011.I lost the 2 mill in chips (buy in…) very frustrating, I submitted the issue to Zynga and got a courtesy response stating their logs didn’t show my game and to take a snapshot in the future??? Then was redirected to a link that was old and goneon how to. Frustrating especially because we buy these chips…Anyone else have this issue and why aren’t we being compensated back? I am not going to buy anymore chips.
Zynga support is so horrible I don’t have words vile enough to describe. I’m trying to make an account and zynga froze in the middle of it. I closed the app, reopened and tried again. The app told me that “An account already exists for this e-mail address.” So ok… I thought it must of went through. I go to sign in with my e-mail and password… The app tells me “This e-mail/password combination is incorrect. ” So ok… I’ll reset the password.. I get the temporary sent to me email immediately.. I enter it in and I’m told “The e-mail/password combination is incorrect.” WTF? So I email zynga support…….. After 20 something emails, 5 screen shots, a call to corporate, a whole shut load more emails from wonderful support…. Still NOTHING… So I figure F it at this point I’ll make a new e-mail address and start over. I go to hotmail make a bogus e-mail, try to sign it up and the app says “An account is already linked to this device.” WTF … So anyways I don’t think I’ll be able to play again and even if I could I have zynga so much I don’t k ow if I would.
