On the 30th July I purchased a Canvas print of my baby as a gift for my mothers birthday. As to this day it has yet to arrive I have called and e-mailed the company but their phone is constantly engaged (probably people compaining) and they are ignoring my e-mails. I am now writng to you for help I want a complete refund on this order immediately. If I do not hear back from group on or You Frame I will be taking this further. This is not a threat it is a promise… I expect to hear back from someone within the next few days.
