www.pop@vodacom.co.za: Bad monthly billing system

I have done a payment last 30th september 2021 and sent the proof of payment from the bank through fax(0115468666) almost four times with my acount number written on it. I also done the same through e-mail (pop@vodacom.co.za). I have called vodacom’s acc. dept. on 0821946 on the 3rd of october 2012. Vodacom still denies the fact that I have paid for my account. The vodacom consultants always tell me different stories( the fax machine was broken, the system is still processing, the acounts dept. is still tracing the payment or wait for another 3 days).I did have a word with your consultants about the description on my proof of payment and they said the accounts admin. will fix it soon.

Right now the date is the 6th of october 2012 with number 0115468666. I fear that you people are going to end me in blacklisting. That’s why I chose to end this contract before things become bad for me because of vodacom. I’m willing to pay the remaining balance and return their phone without hesitating !

Vodacom is a nightmare. I can’t wait to tell all my 27864 facebook friends about you guys. I have tried everything to have you people fix this matter ! I’m forwarding this letter to ICASA next tuesday .
