last night (01/11/2011) at approximately 21:00 i went to KFC (Twist & Koch JHB CBD) to buy a street wise 2, Simple right? wrong. Not only was i told i had to wait 8 minutes for my order (because the meat was still cooking), i was not given a receipt when i asked for the receipt i was told i don’t get a receipt for my order. When a another lady on different line heard this she questioned the guy about me not getting a receipt the guy rudely told her he didn’t have a receipt roll so the was nothing he could do then the was an exchange between them.
all of the workers ganged up against her and the lady saving the women gave her an attitude. Then the is the issue of 10c changes i can’t recall how many people actual had to ask for their changes cause apparently those tellers don’t think people need them. When you ask for your change you are promptly told they don’t have 10c as if you should know (i also didn’t get mine).The whole attitude they have is wrong they treat like you should be grateful they are even listening to you let alone serving you…
I hope KFC does something about this cause their customer service SUCKS.
