My handset is sasung Gt 5310 i.e Corby pro at first there is problem that some time only touch works and some times only keypad. I have gone to SHIV ShAKTI COMMUNICATION (Authorised Service Center) Srinagar Garhwal Upper bazar Uttarakhand.with the hope of affermative results but what happen MR. Khemraj Bijlawan (manager) (9837675887, 9927834561) said to me that it is software problem and he have to flash my cell phone then cell phone will be in normal but he advised me that i should attach my Sim after 24 hour … according to khmraj advices i slid my Sim after 24 hour when i was at my home . the problem still with my fone ..
Next day when i have again gave to him he said I have to leave this one for some days and after that he keep it about 20 – 25 days .. then today when i have received it again the problem is again same and he simply said I have try my best now if problem is still there i have to o again spend 2500 for replacing mother board … while i have given him 1200 rs before . I think he is not a seasoned mechanic .. because when he is not able to solve the problem he can simply say about changing the mother board.. really It is same full for Samsung cause they giving franchises to irresponsible person
