I bought two pairs of shoes at woolworths menlyn, end of March 2012
The shoes that i bought are called walkmates (sandles) and my son wore them for some few weeks and it was almost winter. By September my son started wearing them again then i discovered that theyre torned, and i went to Woolworths store at menlyn, with those shoes to show them that their torn, and the Manager Sue Ellen hardly looked at the them, and told me that i must call the Head Office, theres nothing she that she can help me with because the shoes are out of system, it was on 25th of September 2012.
the following day, i called the Head Office they told me that they will come back to me and they never did as they promised. 05/10/2012 I called them again today for follow ups, then the person that i talked with told me that at Menlyn store, told report was not about the quality the shoes were abused, off which they were not, as i have said from the beggining of my letter. im very hurt and dissapointed as a customer ,i think i ‘ve been disrespected for all the effort that i took not arguing with anyone ,respecting you.i hope u will take my complain into consideration.
