I will try and make this a brief statement and leave a contact phone number in hopes of actually talking to someone who can actually help me. I have been a paid advertiser on Google for years now. I use the Adwords Camoaign, Adwords Express, Mobile Campaign, and have a Google Places listing (or at least used to have one until Google screwed that up). When Google started instituting changes to their Places & Maps program is when I noticed problems. For several months I had problems with my Places listing such as the phone number for my business would all of a sudden change without no apparent reason, my listing title changed without no apparent reason, my reviews slowly disappeared, until finally my listing disappeared altogether. For 2 months I have unsuccessfully tried to have Google fix this issue and return my Places listing with all of my reviews back online but have not been successful. All this time I have still continued to be a paid advertiser with Google spending between $500-$1000 a month. My Adwords Express campaign is no longer effective because it is tied to my reviews with Google Places which no longer exist. Now when my Adwords Express ad comes up, their are no reviews to validate to prospective customers my credibility. I nstead they direct to other businesses whose reviews are posted online with their ad. I would like to speak with someone to have this issue fixed ASAP.
