The Whirlpool Cabrio is a fraud. These things are nothing but a pain in the rear end, the cloths do the following while TRYING to wash,,horribly wrinkle, tie themselves in knots, get off balance and shut the washer down, and sometimes don’t even get everything WET no less clean. We HATE this thing its like a DEMON!!! I can’t believe that Consumer Reports say it’s a top of the line washer, they have never used one I guess, they are truly LIEING about this thing, or they are being paid to say ” It’s a great washer”.
I purchased a Whirlpool Washer 9/06/11. In addition I purchased new Washer Fill Hoses and 10 year washer Component . Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the washing machine. It does not do a good job of cleaning the clothes and the water barely covers the clothes. It takes a long time to complete a load of clothes on Regular wash. Is there something wrong with this machine or is it supposed to work this way? I thought Whirlpool had a better history of good products. This is not a good product.. If there is something I can do to make it more efficient, please contact me
I want a different washer,but nobody seems to be listning. Whirlpool should RECALL ALL these pieces of junk and replace them, and make NO more of them!! WE HATE this thing!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer are JUNK. I have never had such worthless appliances. These machines should be RECALLED. There is not one thing I like about the Washer. Dislikes there is a list of things. Does not clean clothes, is loud, twist and wrinkles everythink that is washed, ruins all delicate items even on delicate cycle. Clothes come out of the wash with parts of them completely dry proven that they were not washed. Everything is a twisted and tangled mess when trying to remove them from the washer. Clothes never have that fresh clean smell. I would not even give this washer to someone!!! The dryer is junk as well. Everything comes out wrinked. They look like you have just pulled them out of the dirty clothes hamper. All dress clothes that are wrinkle free have to be ironed after using this machine. Jeans and t-shirts even come out of the dryer wrinkled and creased. Another issue is the clothes in the dryer are never dry at the same time meaning you have to go through and fold the dry clothes and restart the clothes that are still wet. You have to wait for the dryer to finish and hurry and get the stuff out if you want it to look half way decent enough to wear without having to iron everything!!! I am a busy mom with 3 kids and I don’t have time to keep rewashing clothes that come out of the washer dirty or time to iron everything that comes out of the dryer!!! I paid over $1800 for this set and I would NOT recommend Whirlpool to anyone. DO NOT PURCHASE A WHIRLPOOL!!!!
