Walmart Complaint: rude and being hung up on the phone by the walmart employees

I called walmart in west haven ct 06516 saw mill rd store I asked a question about getting a store credit card the person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I called because the internet was down . I then filed a complaint with the walmart corperate office they took my complaint and nothing was done.. not a returning phone call or something to compensate for bad customer service..that is not good business. If you good to a resturant to eat and the food is no good they adjust he bill to make the cusstomer happy..
