I bought a futon on 6-23-12 of this year. Had it for about a month and when my siter in law tried to go to sleep on it the back legs broke off and she hit the floor. I returned that unit and got another one, no problem. My small 6 yr old daughter tried to lay down on this one the other day and hit floor as well. When called the covington,ga walmart to explain what happened, i was told that the futon was not made to lay on and since i was a week past the 90 day mark they could do nothing for me. That is ridiculous. I spend a bunch of money at walmart every month. All i want is return.
