I’m not even the OWNER of the credit card I paid on with MY checking account for my husband. I authorized an automatic payment to be drafted from my account on Oct 12, 2012 and it was instead drafted today, Oct 10, 2012. I did NOT authorize this and this also caused my checking account to bounce and therefore I ALSO got a $30.00 Insufficient funds charge. I called and talked to 2 representatives both of which were RUDE and kept saying the same stupid thing over and over. First of all, it’s not even my responsibility to pay on this card!! You have no problems taking MY money to pay on my husband’s card but instead these 2 reps spin lies and say the transaction cannot be reversed which is FALSE! Then, she tried to tell me that the amount, the account and draft date are verified before the end of the call…Yes, I’m aware and yes this man told me Oct 12 a FRIDAY not a WEDNESDAY kind of hard to mix up! If you don’t believe me as she so portrayed, listen to your damn recorded calls to verify that in fact, you drafted my account before authorized! This is ridiculous and I think that this company should reimburse my money instead of my having to push paper to get my money back anyways! Never had problems before and now I will NEVER use this credit card service again.
