A week ago , I was shopping in Walmart and was I was in the craft ille i cut my finger non one fof theirb glass vases. I went to the next ille over and spoke to a young lady. I explained to her I cut my finger on one of their problem. She went on to say ” Hold On I am With A Cuatomer”/. Needless to sya I was upset nfor was I a custormer ? a injured one at that. Letter atfter nhelping her customer she returned to the ille that I was in. She removed the brroken item. NO ONCE DID SHE CHECK ON ME. WOW . I had to go to customer service to get a bandageb and a wipe to take care of my wound.
Upon leaving I asked none of the attendant, I would like to speak to a manager. The young lady did get me a mamaager which I fileded a report. Now mind , you I went to Walmart to get some papergear and to purchse a 55 inch TV , not to be injured and most nof all NO TO BE IGNORED LIKE I DIDN’T MATTER. This is no way to treat anyone. UPSET ANDB INN DISBELIEF.
