went to walmart in washington, in. to get a simple pair of shoe strings. walmart has shoe strings right? wrong,wrong, wrong. if they do then nobody seems
to know where. after waiting 10 minutes for a sales associate. one finally shows up. she doesn’t know. she only knows where they used to be. contacted another sales girl. she doesn’t know either. she then contacts a sales associate on the phone. she knows but says she is busy taking her break, and will look when she is done. making me wait all this time. after waiting another 10 minutes, still no shoestrings….. i then went to speak to the so-called manager to express my disapointment with the service and informed her that i would never shop at washington,in walmart again. which i used to be a valued customer with the store and pharmacy. which the pharmacy service is another story, i do not wish to get into , maybe later. you know, after working 10 hours the last thing i wanted to do is spend the rest of my evening looking for stupid shoestrings. thank goodness you can always count on family dollar……
