As being the largest retailer in the nation you are number one in all departments except one, and thats on your grocery carts. I personally shop around
to other stores and have no problem with their carts. Their are three of your stores in my area and everytime i go into one i can never get a cart that has four wheels that roll which has been going on now for years, including a new store that just opened up. With the millions of dollars that you bring in you could at least give a fraction back to make your customers happy in anyway possable. Im sure you have contracts in this department, but thay are not doing their job in my area. Can somebody at HQ contact the people that fixes these problems so that you can actually be number one in all departments again.
