I shop at Walmart almost daily, as the location near my home is within walking distance. I am speaking of the Walmart at “Monkey Junction” on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington, NC. I have been living at this location for over 20 years. Prior to that, I shopped at the small Walmart that was in a shopping center nearby. I have enjoyed having a Walmart so close to me until the past year or so. This location needs to be cleaned up and not only the building but the employees, as well. The store is in serious need of cleaning and some renovations. The employees dress like they are going to a hoedown or taking a trip to the beach, and their attitudes and language are a bit to be desired. Foul mouth employees do not need to wait on customers. Some of them act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. I don’t need that and no one else does either. I have found myself traveling a few miles further now and shopping at Target. The employees are very friendly and it is a lot cleaner than Walmart. I know Walmart is a very big company and I know it got that way because it was a good company for many years. But, they have fallen down on the job and they are letting their customers down.
