Aren’t as nice as others but that has never stopped me from going. On Thursday Oct 11, at the glenwoood, Il location I was shocked
at the customer service I received at the customer service desk. I waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. When I got to the counter
I explained that I need a money gram and the young lady got the form for me. (At this location the forms are behind the Customet service
Desk not in reach for customers). After taking three minutes to fill it out I waited until the young lady was finished and I told her I had
Completed the form and she told me I had to get back in line. I was furious because the line was now seven customers long with one cashier
So I said excuse me,? I just waited in line for twenty minutes for you to push me to the side and now I have to go back to the end if the line. I felt as I
Did my time in that line. She nonchalantly told me that was the rules so I left. I didn’t do my normal shopping that day because I felt there was no respect for my time. That could have been handled differently.
