Today at 4:00pm I was at Walmart Ancaster. I wanted to get a turkey that was advertised in the flyer. There were none out, so I sought out an employee and he told me that they get a few every morning and there are non left again.
Well I don’t live close to Walmart and cannot make it there in the morning. So I went to customer service to get a rain check. The girl there told me that you do not give out rain check’s on flyer items. Since when?
The she told me that if they only get enough turckey’s to put out in the morning that I should come then. What if I work and cannot make, she told me to leave work.
I am not a happy customer, and I don’t think I will shop at Walmart if this is they way you treat customers.
