Vodacom Complaint: Incorrect Billing

AS FROM MIDDEL SEPTEMBER 2012 I AM TRYING TO GET MY ACCOUNT RECTIFIED BY VODACOM. NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS AND DISCUSSIONS. REFERRING TO ACCOUNT NUMBER QV286313-0. I’VE UPGRADED IN EAST LONDON FOR A TOP-UP MYGIG 1 FOR R99-00 PER MONTH AS WELL AS A LAPTOP FOR R150-00 PER MONTH. MY BILLING FOR MY UPGRADE ON NUMBER 0722514274 WAS INCORRECT FOR JULY 2012, AUGUST 2012 AND SEPTEMBER 2012. TRYING TO CORRECT MY ACCOUNT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL UP TO DATE. VODACOM IS TERRIBLE WITH CLIENT SERVICE. I DID ENQUIRE AT MY LAWYER REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND VODACOM IS AT FAULT. PLEASE RECTIFY THE ACCOUNTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ALSO RECEIVED AN SMS FROM VODACOM THAT I MUST PAY MY ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT OF R3411.14(TOTAL AMOUNT ON ACCOUNT), SEPTEMBER 2012 ONLY, IMMEDIATELY. AS I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY ACCOUNT RECTIFIED I’VE STOPPED THE DEBIET ORDER, BECAUSE VODACOM IS OWNING ME MONEY AND NOT OTHERWISE AROUND. MY ACCOUNT FOR MY TOP UP ON 0722514274 SHOULD BE R249-00, BUT IS CURRENTLY R2883-07 FOR SEPTEMBER 2012. THAT IS A DIFFERENCE OF R2634-07. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!
