Good Day Sirs,
Sunday 7th October at between 12.30 and pm I visited you Vodacom Data Store in Canal Walk, Century City. We then settled to upgrade my phone to your deal advertised in your October / November phamplet for the Samsung 10.1 Note and Samsung Galaxy X3 phone on Smart Advance for R799.00 a month. The salesman Malachi then proceed with the upgrade and could not find the code online. After asking the manager Ashwin they then brought out a email saying it was incorrect advertising. Apparently this email was received by them on Saturday the 6th October.
No notice was put up in the shop stating that it was incorrect advertising, and the assistant Malachi was not aware of this at all. My husband then when to the Vodacom Shop and the assistant there said that if it is advertised at that price then that is what we get. He did say that they had no stock and could order and once stock is received can do the upgrade. They then phoned the data store with stock of the tablet and then they were told that a email came out today 7th October saying it was incorrect, but in the same breath they tell me that your head offices close on Friday afternoon already. Also no notices in the Vodacom shop upstairs. Once again this proves that the staff was not updated about the incorrect prices and selling the product and only once going online realizes that there are no codes available for that specific deal. No I have 4 contracts with your company, I have been a client of yours for years and I think it only fair that I get the deal that was sold to me by Malachi. Also take into account that ON SUNDAY THE 7th October NO NOTICES OF INCORRECT PRINTING WAS IN YOUR SHOPS. So on these bases as a Customer I am insisting on that deal
Kind regard
Vilicia
