I’m a youngster and I get quite anticipated and fascinated by new gadgets that are new on the market but there is this one gadget in which I don’t get the sense why they are even selling it in some network stores. I bought a
Blackberry tablet 7inch at Vodacom in Guguletu Cape town on the 6th of September 2012, as soon as I got it I already had problems with it fresh from the box basically the assistants never knew ‘Jack’ about the gadget but just told me to go to the nearest Mugg and Bean in which I went in order to make my gadget perform in which I did and followed the instructions on the voucher but still I could not assess nothing and I don’t know any functions in that tablet. The people at Mugg and bean also couldn’t help me in which I had to go back to my dealer vodacom because no one knew nothing about the tablet! Now my frustration is they took the tablet back for settings ad fixing never mind the fact that its brand new from the box and I didn’t know nothing about the function on the tablet. Now my frustration is I’ve been waiting for a month now in order to receive my tablet something they shouldve taught their own Sales assistants at store level! They are so quick to deduction money from your bank account (since I have it on contract)…. All I want to say is why sell it if you don’t know the functions of the gadget?!! Just bloody well educate your assistance they need to have product knowledge if they in the retail industry and know how to work with products. I’m extremely upset because at this present moment I still don’t have my damn tablet that I’m paying for after 4weeks of so called “repairs”.
