Vodacom staff have no authority to make a decision regarding exhanging phones, yet they have to listen to the complaints. I have had to take in my BB9900 for the fourth time now. Each time it has been replaced by a refurbished phone. The once argued with me about the battery life after it arrived from the head office. i was told that they (head Office) would have checked the battery. THEY DID NOT!!! i insisting they do a test in the store and the report read poor batter/ batter failed.
I requested another model from vodacom. I would have even settled for a earlier model like the 9800 torch. but instead they keep on sending me a refurbished unit. I am so sick of this now that I am refusing to take the Blackberry back once it arrives. I am willing to pay in all the contract which is 4 contracts. I spend a average of R2000 a month with vodacom.
I am also going to encourage every one I know not to use Vodacom!!!! If Vodacom dont care about customer service or the money. I can not see why I have to support them! I WANT A DIFFERENT MODEL BLACKBERRY!! There is no one you can speak to, the consultant has been trained to say the same thing over and over again.
