Yesterday (28/09/2012) my husband and I visited you eating establishment near the Dominion Theatre on Tottenham Court Road. Having eaten we both needed to use the toilets. T o say I was shocked at the filth I was faced with is an understatement. The state of the ladies toilet was beyond dirty, in fact I have been in cleaner toilets in Thailand. The filth was not just from that days usage either, the filth was grimed in so it was obvious it had been building up for days. It was not just general dirt from dirty shoes etc, but faces and menstral blood that’s was dried and caked onto the seats, there was no toilet paper either. Needless to say I left without going. I told my husband who said the men’s was just as bad, he said if he had shit on the floor it would not have noticed.
As a well know and used establishment I am appalled that this is what you offer your customers and god only knows what visitors from other countries must think not only of Berger King but the population of the UK in general.
