I was made aware that my debit order for the month of Feb 2012 returned by bank unpaid then my line was suspended which I was notified. On the 2nd of March 2012 I made a cash deposit at Witbank for an amount of R630.00 and I then phoned customer care to let them know of the payment and soon after that my line was reinstated.
A week later which is today, I received an sms that my line will be suspended because of non-payment and I called the customer service and informed them that payment of R630.00 was long processed, but they insisted there’s nothing they can do as it’s not reflecting on their side and that I must send through a copy of my deposit slip which unfortunately It’s no longer in my position.
My line is now suspended again which means I have to make another payment (meaning I would have paid Autopage twice or double) and what annoyed me is the fact that they shouldn’t have reinstated my line if they claim the payment is not reflecting on their and to me this is an unfair and poor service, and I can assure there’s no way I’m renewing my contract with them.
