I recieved my refund on jan 25,2012. And than 4 or 5 days later my card was declined, i called turbotax and they stated that my refund is under security review and i need to fax my ss card and id plus a utility bill or something that shows my address on it, and after i fax over my infomation my money
Will go back on my card and it would take 3-5days for my money go back on my card, three days past i called turbotax back and i spoke with a rep and they stated that my info was not clear enough an i need to refax everything again so i refaxed my info.
4 days later i called back to check the status of my card only to find out that they closed my card and then i spoke to a turbotax rep and they told me that my refund was under security review and it was sent back to the irs. so i contacted irs and talk to a rep on feb 12 2012 and they told me that turbotax did not return my refund. and i called turbotax back to ask what happen to my refund only to get the same excuses for the whole month of feb.
And mar 1st i called Irs and requested a funds track and now i gotta wait 4-6 weeks for my refund. But you still got to keep calling turbotax so they can send your money back to the irs because if you dont they will only collect intrest off your money never use turbotax they are full of shit.
The irs funds trace and now i gotta wait 4-6 weeks to recieve a paper check. I dont recomend anybody to use turbotax. I call the irs to get a funds trace and now i still have to make sure that turbo send my money back to the irs.
