I had the worst experience I have ever had at the taco bell 1606 beltline rd at 11:30pm
The window on my driver side will not come down so at a drive through I have to speak louder because I cant be heard, I said in a comedic voice “Number Three” he counld’t hear me and he asked me to repeat and I did repeated “Number Three” in the same comedic voice and I drove to the drive up window and the gentleman was in a bad mood, not sure if it was because he had personal problems or maybe the voice I used when I got to the window he snatched my money from my hand, He stated I told you not to yell at me, I was smiling I stated I did not yell at you , I just said “number three” in the same comedic voice, he said I dont have to serve you, I said what is your problem, I put my car in park and I got out of the car, my widow dose not roll down on the driver side I asked to speak to the manager he said I am the manager , I asked again what is your problem I wast yelling at you, , I stated your lucky, he stated what do you mean , I said your very lucky to get that position. I drove off .
1. I was smiling the whole time and I was not upset until I got out the car he was sour on the microphone and even more face to face, he didt smile he was very unpleasant and then became rude.
2. His uniform was sloppy and unsanitary and his work counter was very unsanitary would not have Ordered food from that restaurant if I would have seen how the work area was not neat or clean.
3. This manager refused service to me after I sat 23 min in line. I should have been the one upset. I do not believe in he cutomer is aways right. I worked in the restarant business for years.
I wasted my time and my gas waiting in line to get refused service. I was not unruly or rude to any extent to be refused service. I worked for taco bell myself for years and I know your training is better than that. This person had to have a personal problem to treat me the way he did
I would like to speak to a superior about this incident.
