Taco Bell Complaint: Rude and Unprofessional Behavior

On Friday October 5, 2012 my family and I came to the Taco Bell Store at about
9:30 p.m to eat. My parents ordered and I ordered
After them and we waited quite awhile for our food. When my
Parents were done eating my Dad went up to the counter to order
A 4 pack of Cinnabons. No one came up to take his order and we could
Hear the employees talking and laughing in the back where we couldn’t see them.
Finally a manager came up after about 5 minutes and said she would be right with him.
I am a Manager at a Fast Food Restaurant and our main concern is to take Care of the Customer.
When the manger returned to take my Dad’s order I was upset because she didn’t even apologize
For him waiting. When my Dad finally received his Cinnabons, I observed an employee behind
The counter texting. I don’t know if she was on the clock or not but I found it to be very unprofessional.
I will not visit this Store again because I felt that the Customers didn’t matter to them. This Taco Bell was
Located at 230 South 72nd Avenue in Yakima, Washington
