My husband asked if the beans were fresh before ordering, the response, “Oh yes, we’re getting ready for the dinner hour.” Needless to say the Nacho Bell Grande was HORRIBLE! Soggy chips, dry old refried beans, no onions! It was worse than dog food! I WILL NEVER EAT AT TACO BELL ON JEFFERSON IN COOKEVILLE TN AGAIN!!!! I called to ask for the manager. The manager was the one that answered the phone & REFUSED to give me her last name. Her name was “KIM” and proceeded tell me that “SHE WAS NOT GOING TO BE SPOKEN TO THIS WAY.” What way? She wouldn’t shut her mouth up long enough to hear the complaint! What a NIMROD! Come on Cookeville, TN do you really accept GARBAGE as food? Really? The Algood Taco Bell ALWAYS makes good food. KIM you are STUPID for not listening to your customers! Shame ON YOU!
