in October I went to a T-mobile kiosk at the Paddock Mall in Ocala Florida. I told the girl I wanted a new free phone which I am entitled to every two years (according to my contract). The girl proceeded to show me the free phone. I said fine I,ll take it. She said that would be $9.99 which turned out to be $14.19. While paying the bills today my husband read something on thge bill that startled him and me. It sail equipment installments Plan IN-STORE Purch. 10/20/11 – Pmt 3 0f 21 – $3.00. I immediately called 611 onmy cell and talked with a worker who told me that I have to pay $69.99 for the phone according to my contract. The salesgirl in Ocala never told me the phone was $69.99 and that the 14.99 was for sales tax.

I already submitted my complaint in the T Mobile contract review site and I have’nt receive any response, it’s been a 4 days ago now. anyway, I have been waiting for my contract to be over for a long time now, my son paid cash on his 4G phone for $500.00 just so my contract won’t be renewed because our bill has been going up and up and they change my payment due date without notifying me, so I end up paying late fees. my contract was suppose to have ended last Nov.12 and while I was in the market for new phone service, I called and I was informed that my contract was extended until Dec 2012. I never authorized it or renewed it or consent of extending my contract. I am so unhappy and want this fixed.

T- Mobile illegally renewed my contract. also everytime I call, their customer service people are rude.

    I dropped my son from my contract in november and the employee automatically started me on another 2 year contract without telling me. I would like to modify my plan, however I don’t want to waite another 18 months to do so.

    On December 3o 2011 I Tammy Echeverria and my husband Mauricio Chavarria went inside your store on 6900 pacific blvd Huntington park ca we were approached by an associate breana we asked about some information about the monthly billing and how it worked she told us that there would no problem if were to activate our daughters phone and try it out on the monthly bases if we were not happy with your service we would have NO PROBLEM going else where.I CAN NOT SAY HOW MANY times I told her we did not want a contract with this line, and to try out your service I had my daughters number dragged from AT&T to t~mobile I had to pay an early disconnect fee to AT&T witch was not a problem because I was going by what Breana had said and now that I have tried to disconnect the line they said I have to pay $200.00 fee.

    I can’t say how deceived I felt by your associate she basically was totally dishonest with us!!! All we wanted was to try your service out and now I’m being told we have to pay this absne amount of money to your company. I NO LONGER WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY your associates are to deceiving and rude! If you like your company get better associates to deal with your customers who are more then willing to give the proper information to them. PLEASE HANDLE THIS A.S.A.P IT’S NOT FAIR FOR ME TO PAY SOMETHING I DID NOT ASK FOR.

    i went in to the covington,washington t-mobile store and they told me i would not have a contract and then they gave me a contract anyways when i was told i would not have one

    My wife called to see when our contracted ended and we were told in OCT 2012. Well she was talked into staying with T-mobile and first was promised great deals on the new Samsung galaxy III and it would be available on 06/21/12 and then on 06/27/2012 still your toll free has not received any and dont when you will receive any. Your customer service renewed my contract for 2 years without my consent. I am the only one listed on the account and only one uthorize for any changes taken on my account but they still renewed with my wife on the line. I want my plan to go back to where I made an agreement to contract lasting only to October 2012. I have 5 line which only 3 are being used. I have paid for the other two lines since DEC 2011 with no usage on t because I was avoiding the disconnection fee of 200.00 a piece. I have spoken to sprint and the galaxy III is 199.00 with new contracts. AT&T has the galaxy III free w/ new contract. I think it is not fair to pay 379.00 for the galaxy III with a 2 year upgrade. I have been with T-Mobile for over 11 years and upset that your customer service would allow a renewal w/out my consent. Please change my plan back to ending contract date to OCT 2012 ASAP. When I called customer service to have my account corrected they advised me that I had to come to this website and nothing else further could be done .

    To whom it concern I been with t Mobil since 2010 when I had the mounth to mounth plan and at first I had a plan with certain minutes were I had to change it cause I was running out of minutes with incoming calls and out going calls at the time so I change my plan to everything unlimited and had for a long time so when I changed it T-Mobile did not told me about my contract will change at all so until now today 06/07/12 they told me that my contract with T-Mobile will be done in 2014 of Jan and couple months ago they told me my contract is done on Feb 25 2013 now I know that when you buy a phone your contract do change but did not know or they told me about plane will change the contract so please contact me at my e mail or cell number thank you

    I didnt agree to exstend my contract. Till nov 2013 i need to cancel to lines and keep two lines I still want to keep t mobile service and buy two new phones start a new contract I don’t the numbers ending in 1717 and the other don’t rennet it we don’t use it I want keep the number ending in 9581. 0864 please contact t mobile let them drop the numbers I dont use

    I have a proplem with t mobil that they post the bill to my bank as $14.551 and it was $145.51 and that happen two times and every time i call they put me in hold for more than half an hour our hang the phone . no one even tray to contact me to say sory or we will tray to solve the problem .as they dont know my phone number .and when i want to cansel the contract i need to pay the canselation fee .this is the worest companey i deal with it.

    I had to cancell two of my t-mobile lines in August 2012 and opened blocked text messages I had on one of my phone, then blocked the other lines text messages. I was initially going to upgrade my phones, but changed my mind. Now that I got a new contract with Walmart, but still on t-mobile services anyway I received a bill of over $500 claiming contract termination fees. I have been out of contract for more than two years and refused to get on another contract. Anyway, I am waiting on customer services to resolve the problem.

    i pyurchase two phone samsung galaxy. nobady told me then they gonna put 40$more in my bill ,i m calling t mobile every month with some explanation, im with t5hem over 10 years and i m not agree with ading to my bill this 40 $,,u can check my recording , nobady told me about this , .

    sometime in november, i had called to find out when was my contract fulfilled, and i had discuss with one of the technician about getting the galaxy 3 or the new notebook, so we discussed a new plan plus he broke down a payment plan if i was to get this phone, i decided not to go throught with it , but for some reason the technician put the plan througth without my consent , i had called back and told the technician not to go throught with it, i had change my mind the phone was to much for me at the time, so he told not to worry that it wouldnt go throught cause i didnt take the phone,i had also call to put a suspension on the phone being that my contract was fulfilled and my phone wasnt being used its not operable, so listen to the recorded messege the technician made an error, i am also being charged when my phone was surposed to be suspended.

    I upgraded my T-mobile phone minutes and was put on hold and the manager told me it would not extend my contract but it did. its suppose to stop one in march one in may of 2013. it was her mistake and i will not pay for it.

    hello am disputing my contract because they changed my plan without my permission ive had my plan for 8years the 1500anytime mins and 400txt messages,i had to go get a new phone they didnt tell me what phone to get with my from upgrade,the person told me i can only chose 2phones with my plan,sunday jan27th2013 everything was deleted that i have nobody called me,and i asked the sales rep who sold me the phone can i keep my 1500anytime mins and 400txt she said yes,told me it will never change unless i wanted to,but i never agreed to this i was paying $39.99month and $5.00for txt i feel somebody is doing me wrong this is not right…

    I called to tmobile to inquire about the corporate discount. I spoke to Antonio. He said yes, my company is under your corporate discount plan and that I would be getting 1 month free plus 15% per month thereafter. I said great what do I have to do. He told me to go on line and fill out the form. I went on line and read the terms and agreement. I do not want to sign up for another 2 yr agreement so I did not go any further. I called tmobile back and spoke to Wendy who said that I had made a verbal agreement, which I had not! and that it could not be cancelled. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and Wendy came back to only tell me the same thing. I was DENIED a chance to speak to a supervisor… I do not want to sign a 2 yr agreement at this time and I would like todays phone transactions reversed as Antonio misrepresented your COMPANY . If I am not satisfied I WILL continue up the ladder of TMobile management. I have been with TMobile for 9 years and I have been an excellent paying customer. I await your response, P Daniell

    hi ,i resontly submited a new 2 year contact with bobby f on 24 january , i called back on the 29 th ,i spoke to tiffany-f ,i asked her if i had 1 week to cancel my contract , she sayed yes , i called back to go ahead to cancel that person sead they never head of that,there is no grace piriod , they told me to e mail the contract reveiw board ,that you would then listen to the taped recording , then let me know . the reason is my x wife has my two dauters and she was going to get a different phone provider,i didnt want to be stuck with a 4 phone contract for my son and i , please contact me to let me know ,thank you

    Just received a statement that is Not correct. Was told my plan would be $49.99 unlimited calling. The bill is totally different. Thank you for taking care of this matter.

    My contract was extended with out my knowing. I changed minutes from one phone to the other and was not informed it was going to extend my contract. I have five lines and only 2 are being used. I was wanting to cancel the lines not being used but because of the contract being extended with out me knowing. I can not cancel the lines. I am Thankful that you will be taking care of this in a timely manner. I have been a customer for T-Mobile for a long time and believe the company puts customer care as its first priority.

    On 2/17/13 I changed my contract two days later I phone 2/20 and was told my contact could not change the lady I spoke to said it was change I don’t want new contact I want thinks to stay I cannot afford. An $100 additional one time payment please take $100 off my bill I’m having problem paying my current bill cell.

    On December 9, 2012 I went into a t-mobile store 838 Eastern Parkaway in Brooklyn,NY. I wanted to get my daughter a my touch phone for christmas. The manager Alexander H did the tranaction. He tried to do a bridge to value i told him i didn’t want to do that because i have full upgrades on my two other lines. HE ASSURED ME THAT TRANACTION DIDN’T GO THROUGH. So now here it is February and i called up t-mobile to get my other daughter a phone on that line and they are telling i got a headset and a full upgrade on that line Alexander H was supposed to cancel the bridge to value. T-MOBILE SALES REPS ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS.

    Hi am writing to you because I will like my contract to be cancel I didn’t agree to this new contract at all when I spoke to rep over the phone, she told me she can change my my plan for a better one but she never I coute mean never said tha my contract would be changing . I been a customer for several years and I am so upset that they would do this with out you’re consent, I will also like to cance my service because I never get internment in my house or in my work I due pay a lot for my service and there for I will expect to get good service. I will appreciate if you can resolved my problems as soon as possible

    I had fax 2 letter (one on Feb19/13 and another on Feb19/2013) and sending a letter to the T-mobile on Feb22/2013 to requested T-mobile to helping to reverse my plan then cancelled my account.But I did not hear anything from T-mobile yet. I will appreciate if your can resolved that for me. Some thing had happen as below make me unhappy about T-mobile and I wanted to stop using T- mobile. 1- When I sign up with T-mobile they said I have $50.00 dollars rebate on the phone I bough but when I sending the form ; T-mobile said someone had claim on that phone already and tell me go back to the store. I go back to store they said call for T-mobile.I did make a lot of call,but no one can resolved my problem.(2007). 2-T-mobile said if I make the call in the same net work(T-mobile)they do not count for the using minute.But they charge me over hundred dollars for that call. When I call to complain they changing my plan but charge me more month fee so I did not wanted and they return to my old plan. 3-Last month my phone cant not make the call out.I call for T-mobile and it took a long time to corrected it. Now I wanted you to helping me to reverse my plan so I do not have to pay for penalty then cancelled my account. Thank you for your time and attention. PS. I try to suspended my phone to many time but it said service is unavaiable ?

    Ser, I am doing this for my wife, your company is been charging two phones when she has only one, the phone to be cancel account # 806799126. So this is a wrong thing that was done to my wife, she don’t have a two cell. What ever your company did is what I am questioning . I was told to email to you from your company to explain.
