ACTUALLY my two year contract had been over in dec 2011.I dont want to go with t-mobile so i called to stop my service in t-mobile campany. But ur representative named Brittani told me why u r changing ur com., i told her that other companies r giving me cheap price and a lot of  useful plans. She told me about t-mobile ‘s new services .i think that day the date was 12/27/2011 and she fixed my bill  $49.99  and with tax it was around  $50.00 or $55.00. .I discussed about this offer to my family and we agreed to go with two year plan with t-mobile and i told her “okay,i will continue ur services on this offer.

But now i received my bill that was around $98 .I called to t-mobile and tell whole story they said okay we will set the matter.but they send me the message that ur bill is $78.00.What is That?when u stared my plan with Around $50 and something Then how could u do these changes without my permission,.this is cheating  with customers first tell the wrong information to make the customer when they join u and bound for 2 years with u then u can bother them this way. That is very very wrong and disappointed for customers. So now i request u please solve this matter as soon as possible .i can send u the print out of that day’s account event that is clear on my a/c.

SO i shall be very thankful to u if u will fulfill ur promise and solve this matter as soon as possible.thanks a lot

One Customer Review of T-Mobile Scam Information about Monthly Plan

  1. Gloria I. Garrett

I have been a loyal customer for 12 years, never making a late payment or missing a payment. In Feb. 2012, I phoned to have internet removed from one of the three lines on my account. I was told it had been done. In using the system to make a payment I notice it was 10.00 more than it was when I had internet on the three lines. When I questioned my bill, I was told it was not documented where I made the call to cancel the internet on one of the phone lines. The Specialist was very informative, polite and courteous, however my problems began when I was transfered to a Supervisor. He all but called me a liar and infomed me that when I make a call to T-Mobile it is documented. I did make the call and it was not documented. My question to your company is, why would you use a tone with a loyal customer that displays rudeness. All I did was to tell the truth, it’s not polite to use tones. Your tone says a lot about you. I cancelled the internet from two phones because of this young mans attitude. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion.
