I called Telephone with concern about one of my addition Phone numbers ending in 2225, this number was put on suspense due to the phone being lost. I call and talk to agent, letting them know that once my contract end for this year.
I would take the phone off, He said that T-mobile could give me $200.00 off my bill for paying bill since Jan 2012 without using the phone. I thank him and agree. I also have 2 numbers for 2 computers which have different contract dates than the 2 telephone lines. We I call again to see when the contracts would end for Telephones and Computers.
I was informed that my contract was renewed until 2014. I was very upset about this, this is fraud, I did not ok Telephones and I know I didn’t ok the Computers to be put together and to extend my contract for all 4 (four) equipement. Please check on this for me, I Thought T-Mobile was a better company than this.
The recent agent lower my monthly payment on Telephone # ending in 2225. This is what the other agent could have done until my contract was up. Thank PLEASE Help with this FRAUD!!!!

I need help please ive been a customer for many yrs with t-mobile and there has been a misunderstanding on aug 11, 2012 i added another line to my account but i did not want my phone that ends with 8108 to be put oj 24 month contract because on sep 2012 that number would have givin me the option to get a new phone with a full discount or put it on a pre paid account but insted a mess has happen where now it was put into a 24 contract im asking please to change this so that i have that option..sincerly Reinaldo cruz
During May of 2012, I called T-Mobile rep. to block my internet access due to someone was trying to access the internet without my permission and I ended up paying for half of the charges. On the other hand, T-Mobile rep. was looking at my account and said “It looks like you are almost using up all you minutes. How about I help you upgrade your minutes from 750 to 1000 minutes per month without changing your plan?” So I agreed. I called in today and try to cancel my contract knowing that my two years contract was over on Sept. 11, 2012. T-Mobile rep. said if I cancel my plan today I will be charge $1000 per line because my contract is not over until May 2014. I told the rep. that I never agree to renew my contract for another two years and the rep. that I spoke with back in May of 2012 never mention that by upgrading my minutes will ended up renewing my contract for another two years! Please help me clarify this mistake.
so i dont want keep my t mobile account untill 10/16/2014 this is not right
