ON AUGUST 27,2012 I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT ADDING LINES TO MY PHONE. I WAS TOLD BY A REPRESENTATIVE THAT A PROMOTION WAS GOING TO ADD LINES WITH NO COST FOR 2 YEARS. HE TOLD ME THE ONLY THING I HAD TO PAY WAS ACTIVATION FEE FOR THE LINES. HE ALSO TOLD ME , THE LINES WOULD BE UNLIMITED TEXT AND TALK. IF I WANTED THE DATA PLAN IT WOULD BE A FEE. NOW I AM BEING CHARGED FIVE DOLLARS A MONTH FOR EACH LINES AND HAVE ONLY 500 MINUTES OF TALK AND TEXT FOR EACH LINE ADDED. I SPOKE WITH SEVERAL T-MOBILE REPRESENTATIVE AND SUPERVISORS BUT NOTHING BEING SOLVED.
