I recently went to my local t-Mobile store to pay my bill. The salesperson said I had to upgrade my flex pay plan. This plan did not have a contract and that is why I chose it. The salesperson said nothing would change. Well now I pay a lot more a month and was told by customer service that I have a contract, two things I never would have agreed to. Even more frustrating is your told to go to firstname.lastname@example.org and there is no such site but there are a lot of people complaining I don’t even know if this email will go to T-Mobile. I want out.
