When I signed up with t-mobile internet I was told it would be 3 or 4G where I lived .. NOT … I can’t get on the internet except when There is WI-FI out there .. I have 2 other phoned out there with a Data plan to . we are locked into a 2 year contract … I don’t understand why I was told we had this kind of service here .. They lied .. So I’m just handing them $40 a month for nothing . I have to use someone else’s Wi_Fi . to get on I feel like I should be paying them .. What really made me mad was when my home internet was down and I wanted to look up Centurylink’s number ON MY PHONE .. Guess what I couldn’t because My home internet was done so it wouldn’t work .. They a rip of co. > I have been with them since 1997 But lately they have lied and have had terrible service .. Can you help .. I want out of this contract !!!! Thanks
