T Mobile Complaint: i was signed into a new contract without wanting it to happen

Hi, my name is Chandinee Kistna yesterday the 9th of October2012 i went into a tmobile store on 34ST to cancle my mom’s account(#378971650) due to her recent death and some how i was signed into a two year contract under my name which i don’t want . Due to some aweful comunication on tmoile part,i was wrongfully signed into a two year contract without my awareness.. All i simply wanted was to cancle the old contract that my mom have with my name to her account but that plan went out the window because it shows in the system that two numbers was transferred onto my name 347-968-6243&347-968-2800 with account(# 867289945) .I was told by the representative in the store that i can keep the two #s and start a new plan but some how i was locked into a new account with two year contract and no new plan or phones. All i want to do is cancle all the accounts and numbers on both my mom’s and the one they wongefully have me signed into.The rep in the store Johnaton made a complaint to customer relations where i faxed a letter stating what happened and i accidentally wrote i was the primary on my mom account due to all the confusion of what happened but come to find out i wasn’t, she just had me under her account.
