I have been a T-mobile customer for over seven years. Every time I make a change to my contract its another two yrs I am bound to there contract. When we have teenagers things change regularly to our phones. The two year contract needs to be removed. My Wife and I are tired of being chained to a paticular company or contract. This should be a crime. If a company cannot compete or has poor customer sevice we consumers should have the right to change or leave without penalty. Consumers are put into a corner with no recourse except pay!!
