T Mobile Complaint: contract till 2013

to whom it may concern: I am writng regarding my sons phone #562391-6994 which i pay also an when i went to pay my phone bill stated that i have a contract to this number till august 2013. There is no reason why i should have a contract for this number till august 17,21013. There is no reason for this because there is no one ive talked to regarding any kind of approval regarding this number. i would appreciate if you could look into this matter so i can cancel this number off my bill and dont want to keep paying a bill i shouldnt have to and would like to see if you c0uld have it reset and if it can be reset id like to take this number off my bill. I talked to T.J. at customer care and he told me there is no reason he could see in computer why i have till august 17,2013 to keep this phone on. If you have any questions regarding this matter my name is diana guerrero 310 808-5484 who is primary person on this phone bill
