T Mobile Complaint: Contract extension

I have been paying approx. the same amount ($108.00) since March 2010. I have inquired about paying less, but no changes were made. I called into T Mobile and was told that I extended my contract in Aug of 2011 -to Au 2013. I was told that I added more minutes, even though when I first signed up I had unlimeted everything. I have NEVER come close to using up minutes, so I had no need to add more. THere is NO written documentation of this mistaken change to my account. It would have made absolutely NO Sense to make any changes.

Please change my contract back to what I agreed to in Feb 2011, when I got the a Samsung Galaxsy, paying FULL PRICE for it
