I Veronica Austin am writing the complaint because I am very unhappy with t-mobile. Last year I went to radio shack to start a family plan.
The phone I chose was surpose to be with the plan,Iwent back to the store to find out how the plan had change, I had to keep the plan because
time had ran out 30 day I could not cancel at this point, I continue to go back to store and talking to t-moble so I kept the plan,Then I did not know I had to pay more when the kids
line end in 2012 That was even more money for me, I was not happy.
Now sept.2012 I was going to let the plan go,I spoke to someone on the phone with a new plan, I call back to view the plan once again ,I was told I
will have 14 days to view and I could canceled the plan.I then went to the t-moble store to get new phones,I was told by the person that the plan
that I had was going to change because it was a promotion that the plan will change when the promotion was over. I than called t-mobile once again
to talk about the plan.Than went back to the store I was told once again about the plan,I would pay more money. I am unhappy so I canceled the plan
with in 14 days I was told by different people different thing.(I was told in the store because I didn’t know about any ) Everytime I called t-moble it
was something new. This should have been recorded I know I had someone with me each time I talk to someone even at t-moble store because I
could get stress out at this time.I was so stress out I went in the hospital ICU because I know what was told to me.This is the review numbers 779287695 that I received from t-moble. I know I should pay some thing but not cancellation for three lines. My contract was over in sept. 21,2012. I am unhappy about this bill .
