T Mobile Complaint: Breach of Contract Lies and Deceptive Practices

I have been a LONG TIME CUSTOMER of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE KING OF LIES AND DROPPED CALLS !!!

I was OK but not Happy with their service for many years but thye are EXPERTS on their ways to make your cell phone stop working from afar so that the user has to call and ask for a NEW PHONE and then you get your cntract extened for another two years for HORRIBLE SERVICE that delivers the woerst servive in the industry.

So one more time on Settember 16 my T- MOBILE ( LG ) went pitch black as in KAPUT, I called T- Mobile and I asked for a REPLACEMENT with the NEW UNLIMITED PHONE , INTERNET & TEXT and NOT A PENNY MORE OVER $ 50.00 and I was given the run around for a long time in which I kept on telling the reperesentative that I will not accept a bill with one CENT over $ 50.00 finally the person I talked with on September 16 finally said OK I will make a DEAL WITH YOU IF YOU AGREE TO PAY A ONE TIME FEE OF $ 100.00 TO GET YOU ON THE NEW PLAN YOU CAN CHANGE AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO ACCEPT WHEN THE PROMPT ASK YOU TO PICK ( 1 ) for YES and ( 2 ) for NO.

I picked ( 1 ) for YES and I was happy to have s0lved my problem, but since I do NOT TRUST LIARS and they are THE WORST LIARS IN THE INDUSTRY I CALLED in a couople of days after I received the NEW LUMIA PHONE on the 24 of the same month I had agreed to send the DEFECTIVE OLD ( L G ) phone back not a day longr than the 25 and I did and I thought that all was fine but I still called back o n the 26 just to see what was IN THE ACCOU NT.

THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE OTHER LINE WAS WISHY WASHY AND CLAIMED THAT I WAS ON A NEW PLAN THAT INCLIDED EVERYTHING FOR ” just” 69 SOMETHING TO WHICH i GOT VERY MAD AND I COMPLAI NED THAT IT WAS NOT WHAT WE HAD AGREED AND THE PERSON KEPT ON INSISTING SO i HANDED UP AND CALLED LATER AT NIGHT.

THAT NIGHT WAS THE 26 OF SEPTEMBER AND THIS NEW GUY WAS IN ” MANILA, AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK WITH AN ANSWER AND TO LET ME KNOW ABOU TTHE FORMAL COMPLAINT I HAD ENTERED WITH THIS NEW OPERATOR AGAINST THE PEROSN WHO CLOSED THE $ 50.00 WITH ME THAT NOW NOBODY COULD FIND ON THE COMPANY COMPUTERS !!!

HE NEVER CALLED AND THE NEW PHONE I GOT WAS THE WORST USLESS PIECE OF HI TECHONOLY I EVER HAD !!!

VERY COMPLICATED AND ALL THE CALLS I WAS ABLE TO MAKE DROPPED A COUPLE OF TIMES. YET NOBODY WOULD TRY TO HELP AND LIED TO ME !!!

I HAVE PUT COMPLAINTS WITH :

THE FCC, THE FESDERAL TRADE COMISSION PLUS THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

I WOULD NOT CARE LESS WHAT THEY DO TO ME ANYMORE I NOW PAY JUST $ 25.00 FOR TEN TIMES BETTER RECPTION AND UNLIMITED CALLS FOR $ 25, AND THAT INCLUDES UNLIMITED TALK & TEXT AND INCLUDES TAXES.

I AM SO SICK OF T- MOBILE I WOULD NOT GET THEIR SERVICE NOT EVEN FOR WHAT I NOW PAY WITH METRO PCS AND NO CONTRACTS TO WORRY ABOUT !!!

SO GO ON AND MAKE MY DAY !!!
