I had to renew my contract with t-mobile for two more years and I also had a line for my daughter, now I want to take my daughter off my phone plan cause she want’s an I phone which t-mobile does not have and t-mobile is telling me since I renewed my contract I also renewed hers….T-mobile is crazy we have to different lines just because I renewed mines has nothing to do with her line… I’m just going to cancel t-mobile and let them find me to get four hundred dollars for disconnection fee and see if they get it….ha ha I don’t think so…. T-mobile always has something up their sleeves to get more money from customer…I been with T-mobile for eight years time to go to different company…
I need for my contract renewal be reviewed, T-mobile made a big mistake, I renewed my contract not my daughter’s…Just because the loyalty department gave me a ten dollar discount on my bill does not have anything to do with my daughter’s contract or her line…. I was never told there would be a change on my daughter’s line neither did I expect a change… About terms and conditions it was never explained to me or told to me or text to my number… So I think their is a violation on t-mobiles behalf with information they should be telling customers before they try to make deals with us… I rather just find a different phone company cause t–mobile has screwed me over again and again…
I upgrade service from t mobile and i bought 5 phone in my family plan. after i submit rebate on oct 25th 2011, after 6 week i got letter from t mobile sum reason your rebate rejected. after i call to rebate center they says it is not your error but our earror, so we can reprocess again and i talk to customer service in rebate center and ask question if its our error you are not return money so this is your error are you send doubble money? i wish? after i request if your side error can you process my rebate early because allready past more then 8 week to submit my rebate, they says it takes again 6 to 8 week thats not fair. and today i am still waiting for rebate
