I recently purchased some cream cheese and chives rice cakes from the woolworths store in Davenport in Durban. When I opened the packet it has a foul smell, similar to that of old oil that has been reused over and over. The sell by date is 09/10/11 and the best before date is 16/10/2011—the batch 0808 D B2 and the code955. I do not want a refund on this item ,but I just feel that I should bring this to someones attention,so that the batch can be investigated and removed from your shelves if necessary and or queried with your supplier.
I am still in possession of the food item and can drop it off at one of your stores if need be.
Also the lamp chops are bad at Woolworths…
for the past 6 months every pack of chops that i have got from woolworths has looked good till i got it home the meat on top was average all under the top layers was an is nothing but fat an im sick an tired of paying top $$ for below c grade meat as a penision its hard enough to surive as it is with all the price increases so ive decided enough is enough the next packet of chops i get im gonna send all thats under the top row to the healf inspectors sick of big companies ripping off the average person ive complained in store at leats 5 times about this an you still stick the crap or should i say dog scraps in the packet an lable it as quality lamb an i will tell every person that i see going to bye thes item that its all fat under the top row
