RE: Complaint about Sony PS3 Console. I bought a SONY PS3 in July 2008. The computer suddenly died on 28th November, 2011. I have called SONY for service at least a dozen times and they have been completely unresponsive. I have been going in circles.My phone bill has increased due to the number of phone calls made to this 0844 number. Service people say they will talk through the procedure on the phone if you check your records this has been done a number of times but to no avail, this is a problem that a technician needs to take a look at. If an individual takes someone money and says he does not have it because he did not put it in his bank, it is a fraud.
SONY is guilty of fraud. They are a dishonest company and I feel that potential victims of SONY should be aware of their irresponsible and dishonest behavior. In total over a £1,000 has been spent on this games console which it appears is no use to my children. I require your service centre to arrange to have the games console collected as soon as possible, as we need the console repairing in time for Christmas. I look forward to hearing from you with a full explanation and how the issue will be resolved.
