Sony Complaint: Unavailability of the Laptop Fan

I purchased a Sony Vaio Laptop Model Number PCG-3C9P, 2 years back, but now i am facing a problem with it. The Fan in my laptop does not work and the local Service Center of Sony does not have the supporting Hardware. I don’t want it to be repaired in the local market. Please suggest where can i get the support from. I understand that my product is out of warranty but i would expect your support in this concern. I am residing in the city of Dehradoon, Uttrakhand, India and the local support center is situated at Chakrata Road.
