Sony Complaint: Manufacturing fault in mouse pad

I bought Sony vaio laptop SVE15114FXS and found startling MOUSE PAD….beautiful to look at but when i put fingers
on mouse pad, it produced sound like thin and little steel plates collision….it sounds like bear toy who is playing drum… it is not giving smooth and soundless touch….means it is not appropriately padded ….i request for it’s replacement….as i am a regular customer of Sony but today Sony has disappointed me…..mouse pad is properly to be padded so it should be soundless on click and on little press….. Waiting to have your optimistic response and even anticipated…
