Just got off work after a 12 hour day and wanted a treat. At the McDonald’s drive through I noticed the new caramel apple sundae….sounded good so I ordered one for $1.49. the young man at the window smiled sheepishly when he handed it to me and said, ” little, isn’t it?”. Little! Hah! It can’t be more than 4 oz.! Perfect for little children, but WOW, have they gotten greedy or what? The ice cream sundae is twice as big for a dollar. I can’t imagine what cost them so much.
I am more than DISGUSTED at the service I received at MacDonalds ELLIS PARK not only did I wait up to 15 minutes for 2 salads before 7 this morning when there were no other cars but also they never gave me any sauce now this is not my problem nor my job to check my packet every single time I go to MacDonalds. I called the manager Tyson on (011) 402 0061 and asked him to drop off my sauces because WHO actually eats a dry salad I am now at work and cannot and WILL NOT get back in my car for 2 sauces which come with my salad!!!!!!!!!
Tyson however refused to bring me my 2 sauces which MacDonalds should then deliver seeing it was there fault! I am now wanting to speak to someone higher!
