Master Protection Agreement #0400420417 00082. Expiration Date: 12/13/2014
Circa September 18, 2012, I sent a second request to Sears Feedback @customerservice.sears.com and received the following response from the Sears customer Care “Thank you very much for contacting sears.com regarding your warranty question. We would like to assist you with your warranty question, please direct all inquiries to 1-800-827-6655. … This is an automated response. If the information above did not properly address your question or concern, please reply back with your original information.”
As suggested I replied with the following message: To follow-up on my original inquiry the renewal of the Master Protection Agreement (MPA) Unit #0009432 issued on August 14, 2012, which extended my covered appliances though December 13, 2012, failed to include my 13” TV,DVD,VCR Model Number 3046720FDF (Purchased November 27, 202; which has been covered since the initial protection date. Please amend the MPA accordingly. As suggested in your response below I attempted to contact the company via telephone, but experienced a lengthy wait thus my resubmitted written request.
I have not received any further contact. Please contact me at 916) 691-5132 or by e-mail at sondra65@frontiernet.net. I need the Warranty Protection Agreement (printed: 08/14/12) to properly document the covered appliances.
Thank you
Sondra A. Cooper
