Sears Complaint: high installation cost

After buying a microware from Sears ( store 1045 / Durham, NC ) … I elected for delivery/installation of the new microware and haulaway of my old microware. The haulaway fee was within reason. But, the installation fee for the new microware was beyond reason …. $159.99. The technician only had to position the bracket ( than position the microware ) …. AND … plug in the microware. No electrical work nor duct work was needed. Due to the above .. the installation fee was unfair. I was going to return everything …. but i not at this time. But, i wanted to voice my dismay and that i will not being doing any other business with Sears and I will not be refer’g Sears to anyone.
