Screw You Sears and Your Crappy Customer Service

Ordered a washing machine from sears 2 weeks ago…today was the day they were going to deliver it. Well apparently since its windy and snowing in chicago….they aren’t delivering it today. I have had 50 phone calls today from them…confirming my delivery window 1230pm til 230pm. The calls started at 6am this morning >:( …….Anyways the driver himself calls me a half hour ago (its 613 now…note 4hrs from delivery window) and says I am in the next town over, did you still want me to come? (Now this town is literally 10 minutes from here) I said yeah…i still want you to come. I mean really dude, i have already been waiting 2 weeks and i spent a lot of money on that freaking washing machine…but no no i don’t want u to come….wth right?

He says he’ll see me in a little bit. Well 10 minutes after that he’s still not here…sears calls…the driver is no longer coming due to the snow (that is no longer occuring out here mind you)…apparently its snowing so much he can’t see. Heres the best part…now i have already been waiting for 2 weeks right…..they can’t make it out here til next thursday. WHAT! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! The lady blows me off and says thats the earliest she can get someone out here is the 19th. Then she asks me if i would like that appt. …because it is the soonest available.

After letting off some steam with profanity (i’m not proud of myself btw) i said yea…i would like that delivery date…since i paid 600 bucks for the washer..i sure would like it delivered…i think that would be fantastic. She says sure , have a nice day and hangs up on me. I call sears back to see if i can talk to a supervisor about maybe getting an earlier delivery date, the girl (who i could barely understand) says, oh theres no need for that…i see here that your delivery date has been rescheduled til the 19th and it was supposed to be for today.

I tell her yes, she says i will send you a 10% coupon for your next purchase. I politley tell her that i don’t want a coupon for i will probably not be purchasing anything else from sears(this is not the first time they have done this…last time was my dishwasher), that i would just like to speak to a supervisor about getting my washer delivered before waiting a full month for it. I mean they did already charge me for the washer and the delivery fee, etc. Now i just want what i paid for. She says I will send you that coupon for your next purchase ma’am….and she too hangs up on me.

This is total BS. AND I WILL NEVER…EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS AGAIN
