Samsung Service Center Complaint With Phone Repairs

hello my name is teja. i have a samsung e2152i phone.my imei numbers are:35958204606159/801,35958304606159/601..

i had three problems on my phone 1)battery back up(less than 10 hours),2)software problem,3)hanging..i am going to my nearest servicing center (eluru, andhrapradesh) and giving my phone their

they told to me come after 7 days to collect your phone but i am going to their to collect my phone after 9days they given my phone to me..few minutes later i am inserting sims (vodafone, bsnl) on my phone. my phone suddenly turned into switchoff and then hanging.

so, that’s why i am giving complaint..this is not at all correct thing because those servicing centers are only for repairing purpose but they don’t do that so what i am doing please tell to me.my battery back up is also reduced day by day.please tell to me solution fastly…
