During our remodeling of our kitchen we did our research and found that Samsung had good to very good ratings. We were replacing all appliances so we choose Samsung.
I am sorry to say that we have been tremendously disappoint in the dishwasher. We have tried several detergents, read all kinds of materials and follow instructions to a t, however the results are always the same.
Dirty glasses, silverware and even plates, especially if you put more than four in. Now we have the issue of the lettering is coming off the front panel, and we are unable to choose different settings,because we cannot read them.
Please understand that we have not abused the dishwasher as it is just my husband and myself and we usually do not have to run it daily. However is it quite embarrassing when out of state guest come to stay and we have to inspect each piece!!
My last dishwasher was about 20 years old and the only reason to replace it was because the basket rusted out, and we could not replace it. I am currently in the market looking to replace your Samsung and will look to the Kitchen Aide I once had.
Please note that I also will be reporting on my Samsung microwave tha the handle broke and cannot be fixed!! If you have any suggestions or comments we would sincerely appreicate them. Thank you
